CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to all of our guests, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you no show, cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than a 24 hours notice you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled services for that day. Please make changes prior to 24 hours of the time of your scheduled appointment. Your credit card information is securely truncated and kept on file to guarantee your appointments. If you prefer not having your credit card kept on file you have the option to secure your appointment buy purchasing a gift card. We cannot take an appointment without a credit card or prepayment arrangements.
